Very clean and spacious apartment . Lovely well kept pool area , and an excellent restaurant

New, private, quiet. Very spacious apartement and balcony with equipment. Pool area was good with sunbeds and umbrellas, clean water, never too crowded or noisy. Enough space for parking. Good restaurant and bar in the building. Ocean, beach 10-15min walk. Very kind hosting.

Celia and Ellia were exceptional. Their hospitality was second to none

We have been a few times and the apartments are modern and clean but this time we stayed in an apartment with lovely outdoor furniture which was definitely missed on the last 2 occasions. Location is central to some great restaurants o'amigos being our favourite. Reception staff really friendly and when we wanted some extra towels it was sorted quickly. Will definitely be back again.

I thought the property was stunning and we had a really wonderful time there & would of 100% returned had what happened the last day of our stay not occurred. Beautiful peaceful & relaxing place.. but

On the last day of our stay a large group arrived at the apartments, they had no regard for any of the other guests at the apartments, they behaved badly around the pool during the day being inappropriate and playing loud music spoiling everyone's peace & tranquillity outside. Unfortunately for us they were staying in the apartment directly above us and caused noise issues with music & partying until late, we ended up finding somewhere to stay for the night & had to leave our apartment to try and get any sleep. The apartments have no reception in the evenings/night so although we phoned the helpline number to report the issue we were told nothing can be done until the next day. We came back to the hotel the next morning to collect our stuff & check out, we were told by the receptionist that we should of phoned the police... really! So we as a couple are supposed to sort the issue of a large group of rowdy, intoxicated neighbours. These people had shown no regard for others all day and night so I very much doubt even if the police had turned up and asked them to quieten down that they would of done so once the police had left and frankly we did not need the hassle of them then deciding to take umbrage to our complaint. We were on holiday to relax not deal with issues at the apartments we were staying in. It really was a great shame that this had happened as our short break had been perfect before this but it made us realise that you do not have the back up of security or help like you would in a staffed 24 hour reception hotel should an incident occur.

The whole place was well maintained and of a high standard. The apartment was spacious and we had a great view of the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially around check in as we arrived quite late. The pool, although not very deep was quiet and clean and well maintained. The location was great! very close to 3 beaches and a short drive to other areas in southern Portugal

I think that providing more facilities for the kitchen like bin liners etc would be useful. Having to buy all that when you arrive and then leave it to probably get thrown away seems very wasteful in a country that is keen on recycling. Also for you brits - there was no kettle :)
