Please note that reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19:00. Check-in after 17:00 and check-out is possible until 11:00 for cleaning services. For late check-in, please contact the property in advance at least 24:00, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation or in the Special Requests box during the booking process. The late check-in will cost 20 EUR from 19:00 to 21:00, and 30 EUR from 21:00 to 24:00. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of 300 EUR is required upon arrival and will be charged by credit card or cash. Refunds should be made within 7 days of check-out if no damages or occurrences are made to the apartment. For all stays longer than one week, towels are changed once a week. Change of sheets will be done once every 10 days, except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. A baby cot is available from June to September at an extra cost of 5 EUR. The baby cot is free for the rest of the year. Pets are not allowed. The apartments may not exceed the capacity indicated in the booking. This property cannot accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. License number: RNET No 10305.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Would 100% stay again! Perfect!"

The location of the apartment was perfect, we have often stayed in this area for the great local restaurants and beeches, it is a short drive to the marina or into the town if you wish for something more lively.

I could not thing of way to improve, all of the facilities were fantastic! And the staff great, the onsite restaurant was also excellent value for money with great service.

"Excellent, we will definately stay at the hotel again when we visit the Algarve next year."

The apartment was very spacious and had a lovely sea view, the Olive Restaurant served excellent food without being too expensive.

The shower base was very slippy and did not drain, could be quite dangerous.

The comfortable big rooms and outside space

It was not cleaned everyday, limited kitchen equipment , AC not working difficult to sleep

The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Parking was convenient, and the location is great - with beaches just a short distance away.

Noise insulation is a significant issue. Unfortunately, you can clearly hear neighboring guests, especially in the evenings, which detracts from the overall comfort - a surprising drawback for such property. Additionally, the kitchen lacks basic starter items such as cleaning soap, sponges, salt, pepper, oil... It seems inefficient and wasteful to expect every guest to purchase these essentials from scratch. Offering a basic starter pack or the option to purchase one on arrival would be a much more sustainable and guest-friendly solution.
