Please note that reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 19:00. Check-in after 17:00 and check-out is possible until 11:00 for cleaning services. For late check-in, please contact the property in advance at least 24:00, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation or in the Special Requests box during the booking process. The late check-in will cost 20 EUR from 19:00 to 21:00, and 30 EUR from 21:00 to 24:00. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A security deposit of 300 EUR is required upon arrival and will be charged by credit card or cash. Refunds should be made within 7 days of check-out if no damages or occurrences are made to the apartment. For all stays longer than one week, towels are changed once a week. Change of sheets will be done once every 10 days, except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. A baby cot is available from June to September at an extra cost of 5 EUR. The baby cot is free for the rest of the year. Pets are not allowed. The apartments may not exceed the capacity indicated in the booking. This property cannot accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. License number: RNET No 10305.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Superb"

It's a great place! We enjoyed our stay there. The beautiful beach is near of, a very nice restaurant just downstairs, beautiful view for the room.

The only thing that we didn't like was isolation. You can hear what people in the next room are discussing. But for us, it wasn't a problem.

"Great condos, location and view. 10 restaurants and beach within 5 miniutes walkng distance"

Absoutely wonderful staff. Adusted our stay due to a changed flight by 24 hours. Super caring, attentive, in touch. Large condo with amazing veranda. Paid extra for one to face the ocean, and it was worth it. Awesome all around. You'll love your stay here.

Only two things, and super small. Would be great to have a few supplies for the condo. Soap, shampoo, dish washing soap, etc. Lastly the tub was super slippery. Some traction stickers would help.

The accomodation war really spacious :) beautiful view of the pool , Palm trees and ocean :) Great location if you have car- easily reachable to Albufeira, Portimão, Lagos :))) Personel super sweet and helpfull :) brought us Olive oil, capsules to the dishwasher when we needed :) always replied on WhatsApp :)

"Bright, cozy apartments with beautiful views"

Quiet, Close to the beach and easy access to get in and out of the area. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with beautiful views of the pool and garden area. large terrace to enjoy being outside too.

Not so much not liking but could just enhance the apartment a little more to have some light blankets/ throws available to use especially on the balcony on the cooler nights. Also an Iron would be handy if people are staying longer days - other then that the apartment has everything you need to e comfortable and enjoy a relaxing stay.

Beautiful views, modern and clean apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable 😊

Although it's self-catering, it would be nice to have essentials included such as dish soap, shampoo, and bin bags.
