The room was warm and neat

Cold shower and hot water tap in the bathroom had no pressures. Mouldy bathroom.

Facilities need updating - we had two portable heaters in our room, which worked well but are a fire hazard. Small attention to detail would improve the overall feel, including cleaning the front windows, removing plastic wrapping from canvas wall art, and properly adhering signs to walls without using packing tape. There was also only a tiny bin in the room, which isn't enough.

The location was beautiful.

How run down it was and there was a dreadful smell in the lift.

The location was perfect given we were there for the asylum tour and escape rooms.

There was a motion sensor in the bathroom, that was odd. The place is a little run down but we were expecting that given the age of the building.
