The bed linen was fresh and the bed was very comfortable

The entire apartment had a strong, pungent odour on arrival. I opened the windows to air the place out, despite the very cold conditions, because the smell throughout the apartment was overwhelming. The air conditioner split system also failed to produce any heat. I turned the temperature up to 32°C, yet it still blew cold air. I then switched the unit to cooling mode, operated it briefly, turned it off, and changed it back to heating mode in the hope this would reset the system. Even after doing this, it continued to blow cold air only. When I opened the cupboard in the main bedroom to look for an extra blanket, an extremely pungent, mouldy odour came out. The smell was so strong it was overwhelming. I will never stay at this facility again. I would rather travel from Colac than return, and I would never subject my staff to accommodation of this standard.

Check-i and communication were both excellent. The property was ready and well presented. All bedding was very clean.

Stains on chairs.

Good value accommodation in a nice little town. Great staff responded quickly to address a tv reception issue.
