The relaxed tents

Beautiful safari tent. Booking.com failed to inform us about the extras when staying. Admission into Paradise country, animal feeding, etc would have been helpful to know prior. Also when booking through here I couldn’t book for 2 adults and 1 child and had to pay for 3 adults.

Entry to the Farmstay was confusing and hard to find. Would be great if host sent details prior to check in. Only fault with the tent was the bed was in line with the front door which had a see through glass panel. Creepy when sleeping.

Location was excellent and staff was amazinfg.. Also we had pretty much evwrything we wanted and the tent was nice and clean..

The mirror in the bathroom was too high for me. However I am in the shorter side..for a taller person it will not be an issue..

We bought a package that had stay+entrance to the parks (Warner, Sea World, Wet n wild). Amazing value for the price paid. The Farmstay was fantastic, my daughters were so excited to be close with all the animals at the farm

The tents didn’t have air conditioning and wi-fi

Loved the eco tent - it was beautiful! Made us feel like we were camping without the set up.

No air con in the couples eco tent. There was a pedestal fan in our room, however around 7am in the morning the tent really started to heat up and get very hot.
