Paradise Country Farmstay

The animals are very cute, and there are many koalas. I really enjoyed watching them

The environment is beautiful, but the stay was not very convenient for guests without a car. Some walking paths were difficult to use, and we received mixed information from staff about luggage assistance, which caused some stress during checkout. The staff were polite, but overall the experience did not feel as smooth or convenient as we expected for the price. I hope the property can improve accessibility and communication for future guests.

Horrible place to stay, way overpriced and most things are shut. Fridge was broken, pedalstal fan broken. No air con. Make sure you read the fine print and search through the website for what you actually get and what you don't.

This is our 2nd stay at Paradise country farmstay. We always choose the accommodation that includes theme park tickets which makes it such an amazing deal. We always love our stay at paradise country farmstay. My 5yo loves animals so she loves this place. The eco tent is so nice, beds are so comfortable, bathroom and everything is clean. We love all the animal encounters and shows that come with the stay. My daughter loves the gemstone panning as well. Buffet breakfast and dinner was okay. Maybe adding some selections of danishes and different types of eggs boiled and sunnyside up would be nice for breakfast. Dinner has better selections than breakfast. Sadly we can't rebook for next year yet due to major renovations happening. But we'll rebook as soon as they are open again in late 2026.

Farm stay experience should be scheduled abit later maybe at 9am instead of 8am on the weekend. We always do the buffet breakfast with our stay at paradise country so we either need do rush breakfast or do late breakfast after the farm experience which is not ideal. So 8am is not a good timing for it. Another one is having a hair-dryer in the room would be nice.

The last time we did the farm experience we got to feed more animals and not just the goats and chicken. The duration was also longer. Over all the stay was nice. We were also disappointed that they didn’t do the afternoon animal experience, which we were told they would.
