I loved how quiet & remote you felt, even though we were incredibly close to the Theme Parks.I absolutely loved the variety of animals & the fact that you were able to wonder around at any time to observe the animals. It felt like you were in your own private zoo. I loved having the restaurant on site and having the option to have a buffet breakfast.. A real highlight was watching the marmosets each morning. The staff were always friendly. I also loved the Glamping tents, particularly having an attached bathroom. And the camp grounds were in a lovely setting, amongst the trees.

There is very little I didn't like. The only thing I thought would have made the tent more comfortable was if the beds had a bed head, so that when you sat on the bed, you didn't sink into the tent walls. The lighting was atmospheric but a little dim. Also, I imagine the tents can get really hot in summer, but they did provide a pedestal fan.

No restaurant was open due to rain, no animals we could see due to rain, no tractor rides, no poni animals, 1 X staff was a little rude and asked us to leave their staff room which we never knew was the staff room. No where it was written. If the restaurant was shut where could we eat. We brought our food and ate there and she said leave the room. The entry gate was broken and waited too long to open from inside. One of the tent zips was broken and my wife broke her nail while closing it.

Convenience of the location, great facilities and very comfortable to our needs.

It was amazing! So clean and lovely! Such a great place for kids but like a five star tent! Had everything we needed and the breakfast was beautiful! The bed was so comfortable!!
