USWe had the best kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The scenery is breathtaking. The private bath is one of the best we ever had.
The customer service is good. But since this is in Japan, the hotel may want to improve the hospitality to meet Japan excellent standards. But we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you for having us.

The communal baths are quite old
JPwe paid over 13000yen for the private onsen, but it was a lot of bugs flowing on the water we didn’t want to get in but anyway we tried. Then we saw some black dirts in the water not just one the surface, we didn’t know what it was its just so disgusting so we run out. But the stuffs there are nice and the view of the ocean was nice.
TWThe entire atmosphere in the hotel was so so great and relaxing! We’re lucky visit this hotel with a great weather, we enjoyed the sunshine , full moon night, and a super beautiful sunset from our room! We reserved and enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in the room and also loved the free service in the lounge! People are nicely serviced and we almost forgot the time passing so fast to check out! No doubt to visit it again sooooooon.😁
