La gentillesse du personel

A l'arrivée, le gérant nous impose de signer une décharge excluant toute responsabilité de l'établissement (morsures de serpent ou de scorpion, accident pendant le safari....).on s'est trouvé pris au piège; il est difficile de refuser à 18h, sachant que le camp est loin de tout. Pas de wifi, alors que la prestation prévoyait internet à Haut débit pendant toute la durée du séjour. Coupures fréquentes d'électricité et d'eau. Fuite d'eau dans une salle de bain ( sol recouvert d'eau) réparée avec difficultés. Eau brûlante de la douche car pas d'eau froide. Salle de bain mal préparée à notre arrivée. Intérêt d'avoir une baignoire et une douche quand l'approvisionnement en eau est difficile? Les boissons des repas et du safari sont payantes( les boissons du safari étaient prévues dans la prestation) Repas léger sans dessert. Indépendant de l'établissement, l'accès est très difficile au niveau des pistes et en particulier quand il a plu.

Noch nie zuvor wurden wir an einem Ort so herzlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren zu jederzeit sehr bemüht uns einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Wir wurden von JJ bei unserer Ankunft herzlich mit kalten Getränken empfangen. Aufgrund der starken Regenfälle, blieben wir mit unserem Mietwagen im Schlamm stecken. Billi und sein Team waren sofort zu Stelle und halfen uns heraus. Auch als wir einen platten Reifen hatten, unterstützte das Team uns. Die Atmosphäre war sehr warm, herzlich und familiär. Billi erzählte uns spannende Geschichten beim leckeren Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir wurden vom gesamten Team mit einem gemeinsamen Tanz verabschiedet. Wir sind traurig abreisen zu müssen und kommen gerne wieder, um mit Billi einen Bushwalk und Game Drive zu machen. Leider war dies aufgrund des Regens nicht möglich.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht einfach zu finden. Die Menschen sind jedoch hilfsbereit und unterstützen dabei.

Not much.

Very disappointing. The place was shabby and very little or any maintenance. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broken and very dirty where it connected to the bowl and unsanitary. The showerhead sprayed water out of the shower area, flooding the bathroom. Water supply was also intermittent. Not a good experience. The plastic swimming pool was broken meaning that the children had very little to do. The access road to the camp is in atrocious condition...and the management should tell guests that they should only use 4x4 vehicles. The food was OK but always cold. The staff tried hard.

Tout, l'environnement, l'accueil formidable, les repas, les gens, vraiment c'était très très agréable.

Nice location, good beds

The staff in general was pleasant, but the manager was a bit obnoxious and pushy. He acts as if he is he is there on holiday with you instead of working there. And please take better care of the dogs.

We were on our way to Kruger Park and booked for a single night as a stop over. The room was clean and the linen, beds and towels were good quality and very comfortable. There was also a fan in the room. We had dinner and breakfast, both were fantastic. The staff that looked after us were phenomenal. We really enjoyed the entire experience. You drive through local villages to get there which we enjoyed the most. It is a very safe environment. It is also very close to orpen gate so coming from KZN it was the perfect stop over, we left early morning after breakfast which gave us lots of time to get to our camp in Kruger. Thank you guys for a once in a life time experience.
