"Excellent value for the price and a good option for a longer term stay in the area."

The room was very large with comfortable king sized bed, upholstered chair, table, refer, microwave, and lots of counter space. TV was easy to operate. Excellent location for my purposes. Excellent value for the price.

The property was a little dated, but not a big deal for me.

Great older retro cool motel. Loved it very clean. Not fancy but great vibe and owner.very welcoming. Short drive to get into downtown Las Cruces to really great coffee house and restaurants. Looking forward to staying at Royal Host again.

Super clean motel.the lady that owns and operates it is sweet as pie. I booked for 2 nights and she automatically brought me more towels and coffee. I would highly recommend
