"Convenient stay with parking and access."

The best “like” about the old fashion style Motel stays, is that you can park your car in front of your door!!!

A/C was very Loud and took too long to cool off. Bed sheets were thin and pilling, towels were OK. Bed wasn’t comfortable.

Beds were comfortable and clean

The temperature of the room was 90 degrees when we walked in at 8pm. We turned the air up. It was too uncomfortable to sleep, finally around midnight it was down to 80 degrees.we were awake at 4 am, got up and got back on the road

"Awesome staff!"

The owner was very friendly. She gave us a lot of information about Las Cruces. Great ideas of where to visit.

Some items may need upgraded but everything seemed well taken care of.
