Royal Host Motel

This is a well taken care of retro Motel. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. There is no carpet which I personally prefer. The ability to park your vehicle in front of your room is very convenient. The staff is amazing and helpful. There is a CircleK nearby and also an amazing French Cafe called Rendezvous. They bake all their pastries there and is a great spot for breakfast! I will definitely stay at this Motel again.

Great value, you could tell there were recent upgrades in the bathroom. Lovely staff, easy check in and out; would definitely stay here again.

Little issue with the door sticking but I prefer that over a loose one!

That it was a one level. My husband is legally blind and we did not have to climb stairs.

The outrages deposit and taxed for it as well. The lock on the door was hard to open. The room was hot, and the unit was small. It had just been turned on as we got there. It was quiet but uncomfortable to sleep. Never will we stay there again.

Very convenient to the highways and close to a cool part of town. We wanted to stay in a motel like we had as kids and this was great. Owner was accommodating and super nice!

No pool, but we didn’t really have time to swim anyway.

Friendliness of front desk staff! Felt like home! She made us feel very welcome! There were no noisy neighbors, it was quiet! We slept great and the bed was comfy!! They stay on top of their messages if you think you're running late, etc. Communication is not a problem! We will definitely be staying again! The location is easy to get back on the highway!
