Todo muy bien y muy amables los propietarios del hotel.

Te traen y llevan a las estaciones de tren y bus de Bahoichivo. El restaurante tiene excelente comida. Ofrecen excursiones y la familia es muy amable.

Particularmente eché de menos un calefactor en invierno.

No information provided about meals, no processes for check in, just handed a key and told to sit for lunch upon arrival. No info about the cost of meals. Very very informal. Right away wanted us to sign up for tours, we declined, clearly he was not happy about this. When I insisted no to tours he walked away. Room was disgustingly dirty. Toenails on the floor, dead bugs on the floor. Water was shut off at 7pm. Tried to take an evening shower and nothing, no water. Toilet woudnt flush at night due to no water.

Es poco lejos del tren, pero los admins del hotel son superbles-amables y van y te recogen y te llevan !! MUY recomeda

Very comfortable family owned and operated intimate hotel with a restaurant, very nicely located on the town square. The owners were very welcoming and we felt like family. It helped me that the father speaks very good English. They also arranged multiple tours for us. Highly recommend.

They provide free transfer from and to the train station. The hotel maybe doesn't look like in the pictures but the rooms are nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. There are plugs near the bed. The rooms on the ground floor have a balcony. The area is very quiet. The meals provided are very good and reasonably priced. The staf is nice and friendly. They organise interesting excursions at correct prices. The guides and drivers are very good. I had a problem in my room and the landlady offered a compensation which I appreciated..

In my room (nr 4) the window door to the balcony was blocked so I could not enjoy the balcony nor air my room. As mentioned the landlady offered a compensation. The other rooms didn't have this problem. Unfortunately, there is no room service, not a problem if one stays for 1 or 2 nights but I stayed for 4 nights. The shower is fine but it can take a long time before the water gets hot.

Nous avons adoré découvrir ce village et nos hôtes étaient particulièrement gentils et attentifs, nous aimerions y retourner la prochaine fois !
