Hotel JADE

Good location on the main square. Nice décoration.

No socket near the bed, you have to ask for hot water, the water pressure is bad, no heating in the room, communication with the host was unnecessarily difficult, no internet, didn't feel welcomed at all. The worse was that I had already stayed there 10 years ago and the problems were the same. I thought I could give it another try since the options are limited and not cheap but there doesn't seem to be any will to improve. Definitely not a professionally run place. I took refuge in the Misión Hotel which was twice the price but a wonderful experience.

As far as a hotel staff going out of their way, to accommodate their guests, I have never had a better experience.

The room was very well decorated. The hosts were very nice and helpful, they organized us an amazing trip into the canyon. The breakfast and dinner were also really good in à such a great atmosphere.

Difficulty with the water in the shower and a bit cold.

It was a cosy room very clean, we were picked up at the train station, they have good breakfast (for a price)

We did not get hot water the day we were leaving, and did not like we asked for it. (And it was cold that morning) WI Fi only if you pay.

There was no electricity from 7 pm till 9 next day. No hot water in the morning. It was very cold

Beautiful little town and surrounding area, Alberto is an experienced guide and good driver on the mountain roads.

Cold water at first
