Kawaguchiko Lakeside Hotel

Отель замечательный! Размещение оправдало все наши ожидания: номер в японском стиле с видом на Фудзи. Очень гостеприимный хозяин. Прекрасные термальные ванные как приятный бонус.

スタッフの方にとても親切に対応いただきました。 富士山が見える部屋を予約したのですが、想像以上の絶景を望む事が出来ました。 温泉と朝食も良かったです。ありがとうございました。

Nos encantó todo! El personal super atento, servicial e increíble! La ubicación y las vistas! El onsen es típico sencillo y útil. El desayuno está buenísimo!

Lo único que puedo decir es que hacía frío en la habitación y el aire no calentaba bien pero no se notaba por qué la cama era cómoda y calentita.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Spa is good, Japanese style breakfast is great! Convenience locations for bus and stores. Clean and nice size of rooms. Great stay.

The staff were incredible! I especially enjoyed being able to use the onsen which drew water from a natural hot spring. It wasn't crowded during our stay, so I essentially had a private hot spring! The two people we interacted with were so kind and hospitable, and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and understood how to take advantage of everything the hotel and the surrounding area had to offer. One of us even forgot jewelry in our room during checkout, and our host drove all the way back to the train station after initially dropping us off to make sure we didn't leave without our belongings!

There's not much I can complain about. If I had to be really picky, I wish the overhead light in our room was a slightly different shade. The lights are tinted slightly yellow, but that's the nature of that kind of light bulb, and it's entirely my personal preference.

So spacious after the cramped hotel rooms in Tokyo. Authentic Japanese rooms with tatami mats which felt so nice underfoot after all the walking. A very quiet and peaceful onsen. Went at 6.30am and didn’t see a soul. Lovely owner who was so welcoming and would greet and say goodbye every time you came and went. Very cosy rooms and of course, stunning views of Fuji!
