The hot springs are open from 15:00 to 23:00 and 06:30 to 08:30. To use the hotel's free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko Station, please go to the Fujikawaguchiko Tourist Information Center next to the station and quote the name of the hotel. A staff member will call the hotel and arrange the bus for you. Children's rates are available. Please inform the hotel at the time of booking if you are traveling with children (please also note the number and age of children in the Special Requests box). Children aged 1 year and under stay free of charge when using existing beds/bedding. A special rate applies for children 2-5 years old, and adult rates apply for children 6 years and older. Please note that futons are provided as extra beds (charges apply). The futon extra charge must be paid at check-in. The property is located on the second floor in a building with no elevator.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Best view. Courteous staff."

Die Besitzer vom Hotel waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und im japanischen Stil eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat Charm. Man bekommt extra Kleidung für den Onsen und ein wunderbares japanisches Frühstück.

Wie gesagt es ist schon etwas älter, aber das störte uns gar nicht. Der See und Fuji sind direkt zu sehen (wenn keine Wolken den Berg verdecken)

"Wonderful stay with a fantastic and friendly staff"

The room was large and we had plenty of space for all of our bags etc. The decor was old but then we anticipated that as it was a traditional Ryokan. The staff were fantastic and always willing to help, answer questions and give recommendations. The breakfast was good and more than enough food. The view from our room of Mt Fuji was really special as we could see her in all her glory. The onsen was good even though there was no view from it. This is not a modern hotel but one of the best stays of our trip.

The beds like everywhere were hard. Luckily they had a couple of extra pillows in the cupboard that helped with making it more comfortable to sleep.

It was truly a wonderful experience! Had a very welcoming host who picked us up and sent us to the station. Simple but hearty Japanese breakfast with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from both the dining area and from our room. Would definitely come again 😁
