The hot springs are open from 15:00 to 23:00 and 06:30 to 08:30. To use the hotel's free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko Station, please go to the Fujikawaguchiko Tourist Information Center next to the station and quote the name of the hotel. A staff member will call the hotel and arrange the bus for you. Children's rates are available. Please inform the hotel at the time of booking if you are traveling with children (please also note the number and age of children in the Special Requests box). Children aged 1 year and under stay free of charge when using existing beds/bedding. A special rate applies for children 2-5 years old, and adult rates apply for children 6 years and older. Please note that futons are provided as extra beds (charges apply). The futon extra charge must be paid at check-in. The property is located on the second floor in a building with no elevator.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
