I really like the host and host family, they were very kind to us throughout our entire stay. It felt like as if we were visiting our relatives! Our host even prepared a small gift snack for our wedding anniversary. The room we stayed in is a traditional Japanese ryokan room with a shared bath. The room was very nice and clean, very traditional to our liking to try ans experiencing a traditional Japanese type room. It was also our first time trying out Japanese Onsen which was a very nice experience. If you are adventurous to try out how a traditional Japanese stay is like, this hotel will be a nice one. The view from our room was directly facing Mount Fuji, so the morning view was fantastic! We really want to say a big thank you to our host and the hotel owner for being so kind to us and sending us to the station and even our next place of stay nearby. Thank you dear host!

Some people might like a private on suite bathroom for personal bathing.

The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Our room had the best view of Mount Fuji and the futon bed was super comfortable. We loved the traditional breakfast too. Our best stay in Japan. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again.

The room was a sizable Japanese-style room with futons and a nice western-style bathroom as well. The Onsen was excellent, as was the breakfast in the morning. The owners of the hotel were extremely hospitable and also picked us up from the bus stop.

We stayed in a traditional Ryoken style room which was very comfortable. The room had Tatami mats and we slept on futons. It was very comfortable. It was well heated and served a sensational Japanese style breakfast.

One person staying was not happy to "shower/bathe" publically so my only suggestion would be convert one cubicle in the shared toilets to a shower. This however should not be seen as a criticism more a suggestion.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views of Mt Fuji. We stayed in a Japanese style room and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was a super kind man who picked us up from the train station when we arrived and also sent us back to the train station when we departed. The public bath was really nice, and the breakfast was delicious!! Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting.

四個早上的早餐都不一樣菜色，各有特色，熱茶、咖啡是一定有的， 溫泉浴池小小的，溫度很合宜的熱度、很舒服。老闆很親切，每晚我們從外面回來時都會說：走很多路，累了，溫泉很熱，趕緊去泡湯，很像回家一樣！溫馨～ 有提供交通資訊、入住及退房都有河口湖車站到飯店的接送，很方便！ 第一晚是天黑進飯店，隔天早上起來望著窗外一看，被嚇到了，富士山就在眼前的前方，毫無阻礙。 飯店位在大池公園旁，大池公園就緊鄰河口湖的一部分，房間窗口一開，就可看見富士山及公園的紅黃葉、黃色杏樹。天天好心情！

房間及泡湯更衣間若是暖氣改善一下會更好！
