Honeyguide Tented Safari Camps - Mantobeni

Private reserve with fewer trucks, friendly team, electric blanket/mattress, small camp, watering hole for animal viewing

Airport transport required to be booked separate (different expectation from other safaris), bar drinks extra, at times full shared trucks, no windshield on the trucks (chilly!). Although these were different from my expectations from other safaris, overall I was still very happy and found the value and experience to be very good. I may have missed these when booking, so feedback would be to make this explicit for regular safari goers or in the confirmation message about adding on extras in advance.

Le service de restauration est excellent. Les 3 repas étaient servis à l'assiette. divinement cuisiné et chaud. Notre hébergement était spacieux, confortable. La décoration est élégante Le personnel discret mais efficace. Nous avons pu découvrir une faune et une flore très riche pendant les games-drives. Moment magique

Alles war super. Wir hatten sehr gute Safaris und leckeres Essen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt

Le guide un peu brutal dans sa conduite

The location was a little farther from the airport than I expected, but it was a nice drive, and we did see animals along the way and some local "flavor". The pickup and drop-off from the airport were very smooth. We liked the interaction with other guests and getting to share meals with those assigned to our jeep. The staff was great as well as the food. The safaris were amazing, and we got to see every animal that we would have wanted to see. Guides were fun and knowledgeable, although the roads were a little rough which is expected at the time of year we went. That didn't take away from the safari though.
