Honeyguide Tented Safari Camps - Mantobeni

Excellents safaris passés en compagnie de notre guide. Globalement tout le staff est excellent. La piscine avec les éléphants permet de vivre des rencontres magiques.

Draps et serviettes pas toujours très propres. La qualité des repas un peu juste pour le prix.

The game drives are amazing. Our guide Michael was very knowledgeable, we saw everything we hoped to see. The food was really good and the lodge overall is very nice. On top of that the extra drinks are really not expensive (35R a beer)

The tents are comfortable but start to show their age (toilets and showers would benefit from an upgrade) There are also small things that we wouldn't have expected given the price: on the first evening game drive we asked for a Gin and Tonic and we got served a can of pre-mixed G&T (cheap), after the morning drive we wanted to relax at the pool but the staff would just sit in the lounge area and talk loud for hours, the pool (while amazing when the elefants are there) was very dirty and got cleaned only once in 4 days, the staff can also be very strict with how things are organized: guests are to be sitted by "car/guide" (meaning you cannot have a private moment at the table) etc.

Ik kan geen slecht woord over dit verblijf zeggen! Je slaapt in een tent, maar deze is van alle gemakken voorzien met een buiten douche (wel afgeschermd en een toilet). Het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam, het eten is heerlijk en vanuit je tent heb je ook prachtig uitzicht. De excursies zijn uitstekend georganiseerd. Absoluut een aanrader!

We had no hot water until our last day. Most uncomfortable nothing like my previous stay 4 weeks earlier. The hot water issue was reported 3 times before they got to the problem.

Love the property it was just poor maintenance

Le guide (Clive) etait exceptionnel et a fait son maximum pour nous faire voire tous les animaux en 2 jours. Nous avons eu la chance entre autre, d'assister à une scène de chasse de 4 guépards. Incroyable ! Le personnel était attentionné Les repas étaient très bons et copieux Le lieu reposant.

Si on veut chipoter, les tentes commencent à vieillir un peu (mais on oublie vite compte tenu de la beauté du lieu), et les lunchs manquaient de "verdure".

Le personnel est au petit soin c'est très agréable. Ils ont mis en place plein de petites attentions. Les safaris sont très bien et les repas bons et copieux.

Je pense que c'est exceptionnel..je n'avais pas d'eau chaude pendant tout le long de mon séjour.

Excellent accueil. Staff chaleureux, prevenant, aux petits soins. Hebergement spacieux confortable. Restauration excellente. Game drives au top avec un guide (Seti) fin connaisseur des animaux, sachant anticiper leurs deplacements pour nous mettre dans les meilleures conditions pour les admirer sans trop les gener. L'animation permanente au point d'eau ou dans la piscine.
