Wadi Rum UFO Luxotel

Ottima posizione vicina alle maggiori "attrazioni" nel wadi rum. Le caratteristiche della zona rendono il luogo molto simile a Marte motivo per cui lo hanno girato diversi film tra cui appunto "The Martian", Star Wars ecc. Ottimo lo staff e le escursioni consigliate, soprattutto quella dello stargazing. Cibo buono. Organizzano anche transfer per Amman (150 Dirham) ma conviene organizzarli per altre vie piu economiche (ho pagato 100 jod prenotandola da Petra).

Struttura accogliente ma un po' lasciata andare: un po' di spazzatura nel deserto vicino e nei pressi del lungo marciapiede che circonda l'hotel. L'acqua calda va ad orari (ad esempio la sera dalle 18 alle 22) ma ci sta - essendo sperduto nel deserto. Camere essenziali e non si riesce a vedere il cielo stellato dalle capsule mentre dalle foto proposte sembrerebbe di sì. Le amache non ci sono (c'è solo la struttura di legno e mancano i fili).

What these people have done in the dessert is amazing. Great location, easy access. Well organized. The view is breathtaking. Food is amazing. They can organize plenty of activities. Definitely worths coming to this place.

Hot water only during some hours, but they informed upfront. At the end… they are in the middle of dessert.

I had the most unforgettable experience at Wadi Rum UFO Luxotel, made even more special by a surprise upgrade to the Bubble Luxotel for my birthday. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They surprised me with a birthday cake and sang for me, which truly touched my heart. The setting itself is pure magic, serene, peaceful, and otherworldly beautiful. Watching the desert skies from the bubble room felt like a dream. The amenities were excellent and absolutely worth it. The food was another highlight, with breakfast standing out. For a buffet style, every dish was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. It was honestly one of the best breakfasts I have had in my travels. What impressed me most was how genuinely kind and pleasant everyone was. The staff made me feel cared for, welcomed, and celebrated. This combination of hospitality, comfort, and the breathtaking desert landscape made my stay unforgettable. If you are looking for a mix of luxury, natural beauty, and heartfelt service, this is the place. My stay here turned my birthday into something truly extraordinary and I will be recommending it to everyone I know.
