- need to use Hotels shuttle service. Otherwise it impossible to access the public transport - the pick up from gora station is at the post office. BUT the shuttle waits at the other end of the underpass from the post office. - need to access staircase - no lift - private onsen is open air. Too cold

The breakfast was traditional Japanese. It was very very good, and there was a lot of it. We also took the dinner option which was outstanding in quality. I highly recommend taking these options especially as there aren't other options for dinner nearby.

The hotel wasn't far from a bus stop, but the walk from the bus stop to the hotel with travel luggage was complicated. It is best to go here with a car, but it is not difficult to access by the Bus J.

Staff was very nice. Food was great. The owner brought us to the bus stop afterwards and we were able to freshen up after using the baggage storage. A very nice stay!

Beds were what you would expect for a ryoukan.

Food and service is very good. Room is clean.

Location is not good, hard to get there.

Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The woman at the front desk even gave us a ride to the nearby Sounzan station and back to the ryokan when we asked. Great food and amazing hospitality. They have two bath areas, one for women and one for men, and they swap them every night at 10 am so you get to try both bathrooms.

The onsen was incredible. The rooms were really nice and spacious. The breakfast and dinner were good. Main dishes were always good.

Comfort for futons (not much can change here). The distance from the bus station is a bit long. Food was hit or miss with a couple of side dishes.
