Sensui

川の通りから一本入った閑静な場所のお陰で落ち着いたひと時を過ごさせていただきました。三階からの景色も良く子どもの頃にこんな旅館に両親と泊まった事を思い出しました。少し早く着いたので日の明るい時間の外湯めぐりは最高でした。

部屋は階段で上がる三階の昭和の香り漂う良くも悪くも懐かしい和室でした、エレベーターが無いので重い荷物には注意が必要、夕食も朝食もこんなものかなぁって、今は食材も上がっているからね、と言う妻の毎日の手料理に改めて感謝することができた旅行でした。

服務人員很貼心，服務態度非常好。餐點很好吃，食材很棒。會想再去旅遊的地方！

Beautiful modern style ryokan with excellent facilities. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious Japanese breakfast ( although no vegetarian option was available). We had a spacious room with view of the mountain. The ryokan is located right in the centre of this wonderful town on a quiet street.

A vegetarian breakfast option would have been preferable , especially as the staff sent a query weeks earlier regarding our dietary restrictions. My daughter is vegetarian.

Super Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schöne Zimmer, sehr leckere Küche wobei auf alle Wünsche eingegangen wird. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir waren rundum zurfrieden.

房間很大，地理位置前往各湯屋都不會太遠，傍晚時段大廳前台有清酒可以小酌，飯店亦有2間免費湯屋可以使用。

榻榻米日式鋪床房型，事前有先告知除了第一次鋪床，直到退房前都不需要協助收床及重鋪床，但退房當日吃完早餐，距離退房尚有2小時，床鋪就被收掉了，有種被趕退房的感覺，不是很好。

Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza davvero eccezionale al Sensui. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo percepito un livello di ospitalità raro, fatto di attenzione sincera ai dettagli, cortesia e desiderio reale di far sentire gli ospiti speciali. Un ringraziamento speciale va al concierge Leo, un ragazzo giovane ma straordinariamente professionale. Sempre estremamente cortese, attento e disponibile, ci ha aiutati con grande gentilezza durante il soggiorno, dimostrando una cura per il cliente davvero fuori dal comune. È il tipo di persona che fa la differenza tra un ottimo hotel e un’esperienza memorabile. Sempre pronto ad aiutare, con il sorriso, competente e genuinamente interessato a rendere il soggiorno perfetto. La struttura è splendida, curata e perfettamente in linea con l’atmosfera unica di Kinosaki Onsen. Se torneremo in questa meravigliosa località, il Sensui sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.
