Ohanabo

L'accueil, la gentillesse de la réception, le Onsen, le cadre qui était typiquement japonais, l'équipe qui était au petit soin. Tout était parfait de A à Z. Nous avions eu un problème de bus pour aller à Tokyo et toute l'équipe était au petit soin avec nous et nous a proposé de rester en attendant le prochain bus de nuit dans notre chambre et de profiter du Onsen même si nous n'avions pas payé pour une journee/nuit de plus .... le personnel est d'une empathie et d'une gentillesse comme jamais je n'ai vu auparavant.

Incredibile ryokan tradizionale nel centro della Tokyo moderna, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Staff super accogliente e disponibile, stanze grandi e comode.

The staff at Ohanabo were so sweet and welcoming, especially with the kids. The kaiseki meals were amazing. Being right across from the Higashi Honganji temple, we were able to visit multiple times, and we could also walk to Team Labs Biovortex. It was so nice being able to go to the onsen downstairs at the end of the day.

A great experience - wonderful staff and facilities. A special event for us to stay here. The location, staff and facilities are amazing.

Definitely expensive (for our budget).

The staff was incredibly friendly and well equipped to handle to all of our needs. They speak English very well. Amazing taste of traditional Japanese inn. The room we stayed in was the most comforting room I’ve ever stayed at, so clean, so well organized, private bath. I will dream about this place and tell everyone I know about it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ohanabo, the location is convenient, the staff are exceptional, the breakfast is also amazing, and the room is so spacious! I have to admit that I hesitated to book Ohanabo due to the price, but it's totally worth it. I will recommend Ohanabo to anyone visiting Kyoto!
