It was an unforgettable stay! The excellent hospitality from all the staffs. It truly gave us a very sweet memory of being in an actual traditional ryokan with amazing designs and a sento. They provided cute yukatas and the futon beds was amazing to sleep on. The kaiseki was like art work and were delicious and they even offered for us to try sukiyaki for our 2nd night. They went above and beyond for us.

No lifts but the staffs were insistent to lift our luggage. Really felt bad cuz they were a bit heavy but truly grateful for them.

L'effervescence à l'hôtel, la qualité de l'accueil, le personnel est toujours disponible et prêt à aider. La décoration est assez raffinée dans tout l'hôtel. La localisation dans un quartier vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants et le métro accessible à 10 mn à pied. Un bon petit restaurant quasiment collé à l'hôtel et un combini à quelques pas, c'est très pratique pour se restaurer !

La chambre était trop exiguë mais très jolie. Il manque un onsen

We had the most wonderful stay at this traditional ryokan. Everything was perfect from the very warm welcome to the food or the charming onsen. I highly recommend this place and its wonderful owner!
