DIRECTIONS: Take the Central Exit at Kyoto Station, pass through the bus area and cross the road, heading for Kyoto Tower. Pass Kyoto Tower along the right side, heading north on Karasuma-Dori Road. Continue along the road for about 1640 feet, past the intersection with Shichi-jo-Dori Road, and the inn will be on your right. You must check in by 18:30 to eat dinner at the hotel. Guests who check-in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. To eat dinner at the hotel, a reservation must be made at least 3 days before the check-in date. If you wish to bring children, please contact the property directly. Arrangements may be possible. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there no elevators available at the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. הצוות היה מקסים. הכל נקי ויפה. בית בן 120 שנה ומטופח בהחלט. היה ממש נעים ונהננו מהחוויה התרבותית. היה אונסן שבהחלט גם שדרג את החוויה. קיבלו את פנינו עם חטיפים ותה הסבירו לנו הכל בקפידה. הכנסת אורחים מקסימה.

זמני האונסן היו מגבילים. חדר שירותים ואמבטיה מאוד קטנים קשה מאוד לזוז! הכריות מאוד לא נוחות. אלו כריות לא סטנדרטיות…אף פעם לא נתקלתי בכזה אולי זה חלק מעניין של להיות בראיוקן. האוכל היה החלק המעט בעייתי. לא שאלו אותנו לאלרגיות רגישויות או דיאטה מיוחדת. הרבה מהארוחת בוקר לצערנו לא יכולנו לאכול. וגם ויתרנו מראש על ארוחת הבוקר.

El trato del personal es lo mejor que hemos tenido: nos ayudaron en todo, super serviciales y siempre con una sonrisa. Trato impecable.

La altura de techos de nuestra habitación (estaba en la planta de arriba) era muy baja. Mi marido y mis hijos se golpearon la cabeza en varias ocasiones.

La struttura è molto carina. Il personale è simpatico ed accogliente. La cena in camera era davvero buona.

Il bagno privato era un po piccolo anche se dotato di tutti i comfort.

직원분들 모두 정말 친절하세요~ 그 중 사장님 최고로 친절하십니다. 대욕장이 좀 작기는 하지만 두번 온천욕 하는 중에 타인은 한번도 마주친 적이 없습니다. 물관리를 잘해서 매우 깨끗합니다. 가이세키 요리도 훌륭합니다. 저희가 늦은 점심을 먹고 가는 바람에 그 맛있는 요리의 참맛을 즐기지 못한게 아쉽습니다. 가이세키 드실 분들은 점심 간단히 하시기 바라요. 캐리어도 이층까지 다 들어다주시고 내려주시고 관광지 소개도 해주시고 아침에 데려다 주시겠다는 제안까지 하셨어요. 감사하지만 귀국일정이라 거절하고 쉬다 왔어요. 좋은 경험 하고 왔습니다.

딱히 없습니다. 다른나라의 문화와 관습에 대한 이해와 존중이 있으면 불평거리가 사라집니다.
