Very nice onsen

The picture of the room that was booked was not the same as the room we got. The room was for a family of four so I choose the larger room with two beds and bonus tatami room. We only got the tatami room so it was cramped

"Average hotel with average features, not at the resort level as the name would lead you to believe."

Beds were supportive and comfortable. Dinner buffet was good.

Room was stuffy, small and tight in need of updating. There was a ramp like floor incline in the room that was annoying when going to the bathroom. The onsen needs more cleaning attention. Could have been the amount of foot traffic not sure.
