"Great, a little expensive but the onsen was really nice."

The onsen was really great!

Google Map directions could have been better. If you're coming in to Soungkyo by bus, the directions will tell you to walk down a ramp that's constantly flowing water. But that's not the right way, you just need to go straight until the hotel comes into view.

Nothing.

Arranged with the hotel for a bus pick-up but the bus didn't show up. Called the hotel many times but no one answered. The male staff at the restaurant entrance was very rude.
