Be careful that the restaurants close early in the evening

Cheap and perfectly adequate. Close to the airport.

Bedding was a bit simple but that can be expected for the price :)

Simple guest house in a quiet village, just steps from a beach with gorgeous sunrises. The friendly English-speaking host provided everything I needed for my first two days on Ishigaki. I loved the carefully prepared meals (even the miso soup was different all four times!)

The meals are amazing. We stayed six days and we never had the same. The host is a great chef.

The bottles for the tea and the fridge is not clean. We skipped the tea and drank water. The dogs around are very annoying.

It is located close to the beach on very quiet street. The owner is a lovely lady who cooks delicious meals every day.

There isn’t a bathtub because local people don’t like to take a bath.

It was close to the beach but everywhere on this island is close to the beach. It had dogs. The room had cold AC. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, feels completely different compared to the city.

The walls were paper thin. The bathrooms were super hot with no AC so it felt awful to use midday. The showers were alright although the water doesn't get that cold If you want a cold rinse after sweating all day. The futons had tiny blankets. Everything is a shared space besides the futon sleep room. Nothing around besides the Shiraho beach.
