Momijiya Honkan Takaosansou

The food was very good and the room was clean.

One of the men’s onsens was not working; onsen water was not turned on. The one that was working was not hot enough in the morning. The women’s onsen was not clean, there was mold. Also, it was not hot enough, especially in the morning.

Ci è bastato un bus per raggiungere la struttura e per il ritorno ci hanno fornito servizio navetta fino alla stazione. Molto bella e vicina a una foresta che consiglio di esplorare. Lo staff è super attento e accogliente, ti trattano veramente in modo impeccabile. Ho amato gli abiti che consegnano per la cena e la colazione, é stata una bella experience.

É un po’ datata, in bagno c’era un cattivissimo odore ma per una sola notte abbiamo sorvolato.

The location was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the shuttle service to the hospitality.

Nous avons été traités comme des rois dès la sortie de notre bus. Le personnel est parfait et les repas sont copieux, traditionnels et vraiment exquis ! Nous aimerions revenir lors de notre prochain voyage. Dans l'idéal pour 2 nuits pour profiter davantage des lieux alentour ;)

Excellent hospitality and service. The food was top notch. Incredible sushi, and I don’t like sushi. Beautiful view out windows overlooking mountainside. Very relaxing and cozy place.

Slightly older and could use a little deeper cleaning in the bathroom.

The food was outstanding, the staff were incredibly helpful and polite and the room was beautiful and tidy and clean. Additionally, the surroundings were outstandingly beautiful with some lovely, memorable walks. Honestly one of the most memorable two hotels I have ever stayed at.
