Minshuku Goyomon

Wonderful experience, the hostess was very welcoming, and the room made very comfortable, with space heaters and lots of blankets to keep us warm. Both dinner and breakfast were great too. It was lovely to wake up in Ainokura and see the gassho-zukuri houses in the snow without any crowds.

Ce type d'hébergement sort assurément des sentiers battus. On ne cherche pas le grand luxe mais la tradition. Dans cette mesure, on ne peut qu'être satisfait de l'expérience vécue, laquelle correspondait à nos attentes. Les repas de l'hôte étaient parfaits et valaient, à eux seuls, le détour.

Les systèmes de chauffage étaient un peu vétustes. Cela étant dit, nous avons préféré les éteindre sans que cela ne soit problématique en saison hivernale. Il faisait certes un peu froid dans la chambre en leur absence, mais cela était tout à fait acceptable.

Stunning location, a very kind hostess and delicious food. Great vegetarian meal.
