We loved it!

The Onsen attached to the hotel was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and free coffee and drinks morning and evening

The rooms were on the small side

The hotel is not new, but everything was very clean and well maintained. We had a huge room with a private onsen, which made our stay especially enjoyable. The traditional Japanese-style dinner was excellent and beautifully presented. The location was also very convenient.

Without the help of the hotel staff, it was difficult to find the parking area.

The dinners and breakfasts were excellent though a bit daunting with so many courses. There was a beautiful variety and quality in the food and service was very good. Experiencing Japanese cuisine this way was excellent. The room was very comfortable and spacious.

I asked for information about the public bathing protocols and what i was given was unclear. I did enjoy the Bathing experience. Also our room wasn't made up when we arrived and we weren't told to expect a knock or to ask for the beds to be done. Hence we did it ourselves. The next day the room beds were prepared properly.

Wonderful stay to experience Japanese traditional ryokan. The food was excellent and the public onsen was clean and relaxing. The hotel is 6 minutes away from the train station. Very relaxing stay.

We needed more towels in the room.

The location, the food, the onsen and the staffs were so helpful and accomodating.
