The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and even drove us around, picking us up from the bus station. He also arranged all of our ski gear hire.

No complaints. This isn’t 5 star luxury (eg the bathrooms and showers are shared), but it’s kept clean.

Tout etait parfait. La localisation, le confort et surtout la qualité du service. L’hôte est incroyablement gentil et disponible. Il s’occupe de tout (location des skis, transport juste au poste), et transforme un excellent séjour en un séjour merveilleux. Merci beaucoup.

The owner is very nice and accommodating, he picks you up and drops you off for the onsen liner. The rooms were clean and well maintained, everyday there is also a surprise snack for me to eat, which i appreciate it a lot after long day of skiing. The property is just a short walk to the shuttle bus to the slopes.

オーナーの方がとても親切で、滞在中ずっと安心して過ごせました。徒歩10分圏内に必要なものがすべてそろっており、立地もとても便利です。スキー目的での利用でしたが、スキー場やバス乗り場まで送迎していただけて大変助かりました。 朝食は周辺のお店と比べてもとてもリーズナブルなのに、量も多く味もおいしく、大満足でした。温泉もとても気持ちよく、疲れがしっかり取れました。建物は少し年季がありますが、掃除が行き届いていて清潔感があり、とても快適に過ごせました。 ぜひまた次回も利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

The owner was very kind and helpful. I was with a child and had to carry a snowboard and another luggage, the owner picked us up from and dropped us to the Nozawa Liner bus stop. He also dropped us off to and picked us up from the Nagasaka Gondola. He also helped us booked a delicious restaurant that my child loved and we went there 3x foe dinner. The room was good sized and comfortable, and the onsen was nice. Overall a great value and unbeatable service for the price.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kadowakikan. Unfortunately, we had to change our dates last minute, however, Kadowakikan was still able to accomodate regardless of the very last minute notification. Kadowakikan is family owned. The owner is what made our stay at Kadowakikan truly memorable. The owner is genuine, hardworking and extremely helpful from our initial correspondence (ie. providing the bus schedule, bus stop details where he would pick us up), throughout our stay and up until our last day. Upon arrival, he walked us through the accomodation's facilities, bought us discounted lift tickets and recommended lovely restaurants around town for us to go to. He also arranged pick-up and drop off at the bus stop himself. He truly went above and beyond (even helped me open a crown cap bottle!). The room is simple but very spacious and clean. The tatami mats were surprisingly comfortable! Rooms were cleaned and little treats were provided on a daily basis. The highlight was the little sun room which showcased beautiful sunsets. Shared toilets were accessible and clean. The in house onsen is an absolute gem. After a day of being out on the mountain, it was nice to have an onsen to go to downstairs. It's generally quiet and have only come across 1 person throughout my stay. Noting that this was towards the end of the snow season. The town is rather small and is walkable (around 15 min into the main part of town). However, with ski and/ boarding gear - there is a regular shuttle bus which brings you to the main lifts. The Karasawa lift (or Nagasaka link which connects to other parts of the mountain) is a very short walk from the accomodation. Overall, it's great value for money, given the cleanliness, accessibility and amazing hospitality. Thank you Yasso san for making our stay so memorable.

The owner was so lovely and warm and helpful with a 6 day lift pass for a discounted rate. It was also non consecutive so we could have a days rest to explore the onsens. There are 13 in the town and all are different. The inhouse onsen is wonderful and clean. It's nice to have a bootroom below for all your ski equipment, the breakfast add on is value for a big day of skiing. It's a moderate walk into town but you can the free bus shuttle if you time it correctly in the afternoon. Rooms are tidy and ours had a wonderful view of the mountains

It’s lovely place to stay . Owner is very friendly and helpful . He offer to pick up / drop me from the bus station and explain everything about the neighbourhood showing which restaurant to go and you can buy ski pass straight from the owner which so much convenience. Owner provide small snack and tea everyday of your stay which is so lovely . There’s in house onsen that you can enjoy after the ski / snowboarding. Highly recommend this place and definitely will come back again .
