I stayed only for 1 night and for 1 night it was amazing. I had a typical Japanese styled room with a private Onsen. It gave me a change to try it out in my own time. They also provide a shuttle service to and from the trainstation and to and from the Snow Monkey Park in the morning. Even though you have to look at the clock, I do think you have enough time there.

Se portaron muy bien con nosotros, llegamos tarde por un problema con el tren que conectaba a Yamanouchi y nos esperaron hasta que llegamos. Además por la mañana nos guardaron el equipaje y nos llevaron hasta el Snow Monkey Park.

Nada, la estancia fue perfecta.

The food was lovely and the private onsen.

室内温泉があって家族で一緒に入れて良かった。

布団が敷いてある場所だけを暗くできたら子供を先に寝かせやすくなると思った。それと布団の近くに照明のスイッチがあれば寝る時にそのまま消せるので良いのになと思った。

Wonderful traditional Japanese room and dinner. Helpful staff. Shuttle to station and snow monkey park. Shared onsen. Yakata in rooms. Tea set and low table in room.

No private onsen. Very Japanese food, very tasty but if looking for western options this may not be for you.

The onsen and the bedding are really very comfortable.
