"Home away from home vibes!"

Room was spacious, neat and tidy. Futon and pillows were very comfy. In room onsen was big and amazing. Meals included with room were great. Home away from home vibes

Overall, it was great. Nothing in particular I'd not like about it.

"Great stay in Yamanouchi"

The onsen was amazing, indoor and out, the rooms were very comfy and clean, the breakfast and dinner were very good, and as i stayed two night they changed the meal so i wouldn't have the same thing twice meanwhile the people who had arrived for the first night had the meal i had the previous night, that small touch i wasn't expecting. They also gave me a free lift to the Monkey park car park and then they kindly gave me a lift to the station in morning i was leaving

部屋にゴキブリが出た 部屋に温泉がついていたが、お湯の温度が低すぎて入れないことがあった

"Staff super gentile e cena eccellente"

Stanza spaziosa e struttura a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione di Yudanaka. Bus privato per arrivare al Monkey Park e staff super gentile che ci ha anche riaccompagnate alla stazione con il bus. Cena eccellente.

"Ryokan zum Wohlfühlen"

- Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch laden trotzdem zum Wohlfühlen ein. Sie sind im traditionell japanischen Stil eingerichtet und man schläft auf Futon-Betten. Es steht einem Tee und eine kleine Süßigkeit in den Zimmern zur Verfügung. - die Onsen sind super! Ein toller Ort um abschalten zu können. Achtung: das Wasser ist teilweise ziemlich heiß, wird aber täglich kontrolliert. - Abends wird ein traditionelles Kaiseki angeboten. Eine wirklich coole Idee. - Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Shibu-Onsen-Gebiets, was uns persönlich aber nichts ausgemacht hat. Man hat ja seinen eigenen Onsen. Außerdem organisiert das Hotel tägliche Shuttle zu den Schneeaffen. - generell ist das Personal super! Hier arbeiten einige Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen und diese machen ihre Arbeit wirklich hervorragend. Dieses soziale Konzept ist sehr schön zu beobachten und alles wirkt sehr harmonisch. Wer sich also über den „unfreundlichen“ Rezeptionisten usw. beschwert: bitte lest euch im vorhinein die Aushänge an der Rezeption durch!

Das Frühstück ist gut, jedoch ausbaufähig. Das ist aber auch Jammern auf hohen Niveau.

"Exceptionnal"

Beautiful and comfortable Ryukan. Very Spacious. Dinner was stunning with so many different japanese food brought to the room. Breakfast was very good too. Loved the onsen at night.
