Free transfer to the train station and to the snow monkeys, super nice and kind staff, amaizing dinner

"A great traditional place to stay, for visiting the snow monkey park."

It was a great location for visiting the snow monkey Park. The staff were very helpful and really friendly. And a shuttle bus service was great to and from the train station and monkey Park. We had bed breakfast and an evening meal and absolutely loved the traditional evening meal. We also used the free onsen on site, which was great.

建物が古くトイレの戸などがキーキー行ったり、便座もガタガタ音がした

The staff were really accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. The location and price were great, everyone at the hotel and even locals and people in the area were so friendly. This was our favourite place we visited on our Japan trip.
