スタッフさんの対応がすばらしかったです。 食事は夕食の絶妙なタイミングでの出し方とスタッフさんの料理の説明、ちょっとした会話も全て最高でした。朝食もどこでもお決まりの卵、納豆、海苔は一切無く全て美味しくいただきました。 チェックインの際、チェックアウトの際も対応が丁寧で最初から最後まで気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

女性用の露天風呂にお亡くなりになったケロちゃんが浮いていて…そ〜っと浴槽から出してあげました。トイレが若干狭いと感じました(女性用の前面の壁が少し圧迫感があると。)ただ、、感じ方なので強いて言ったらということです。

地理位置不好（最近超商走路要半小時），建議旅館本身可以賣泡麵之類的，或是規劃好一點的小賣部

"有溫泉可泡，餐點好吃，是個適合上黑部立山的住宿點"

離黑部立山扇澤站非常近，是個很適合上山的住宿點

住宿二樓房間沒有電梯，對老人家較不方便，但是很謝謝旅館員工幫忙拿行李上下樓，真的很感謝！
