"It was everything that we had hoped that an onsen ryokan would be. Domo arigato gozaimashita Hotel Shirakawa Yunokura."

It was a wonderful true ryokan. It was a very large room with an amazing view overlooking the river. The staff were so kind and hospitable. This included the gentleman who greeted us at check-in (his English was amazing) and he provided us with helpful information about the local trains. Also, this ryokan included a full Japanese breakfast and dinner, which was so authentic and delicious. We had a private tatami room for every meal and the servers were so warm and gracious. Everything was wonderful! We definitely hope to return.

The only thing we wished we could have had was an access to the balcony outside our room. It would have been nice to be able to sit outside and admire the beautiful view.

Chambre très très spacieuse de style traditionnel Japonais, avec vue sur la rivière. Staff très sympathique. Onsen en pierre très agréable.

L'hôtel est un peu dans son jus, certaines installations pourraient être mises à neuf mais ce n'est pas désagréable pour autant. Attention, L'hôtel n'est pas situé à Nikko même (ce n'est pas un point négatif mais il faut juste avoir en tête qu'il faut prendre 2 trains pour environ 45mn de trajet pour rejoindre Nikko).

Las habitaciones amplias y preciosas. Los onsen, tanto los públicos como el privado son muy bonitos. Las sillas de masaje son mágicas y lo mejor de todo fue la comida. La comida fue el cielo

"癒しの宿でリフレッシュ"

施設は古い印象を受けましたが、大変清潔で、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。早朝入った大浴場は、窓を覆う木々の緑が目に優しく、川の流れも見下ろせて、ゆったり癒されました。卓球も楽しかったし、料理も美味しくて、とても良い宿でした。

強いていえば、バルコニーがもう少しきれいだと良かったです。窓の外の川や橋を眺める際、汚い部分が目に入ったのが残念でした。
