The location was really good and the room was maintained

The flush in the bathroom didn't work properly. One day we went for breakfast at 8am and the lady was late and that was the day we had to leave for an excursion at 8:30. Breakfast timing is 8:00-9:30. We had informed the lady beforehand about us leaving. However, that day she came late at 8:15 and when asked about breakfast wasn't willing to serve us.

Very good and interesting location, good ambience.

Hotel only accepts cash payment even instead of they announce at booking credit card payment is valid, and they are not able & villing to give you an invoice. When you will pay cash, they extra reduce exchange rate to lower rate. They are not solution based, because you are foreigner, So please pay extra attention for payment type and other facilities.

Great location, short walk to medina and the likes.Aircondiitioned which helped in the hot weather.

Greated us with tea and cake; Really nice people; Great breakfast; Printed out our tickets for the aeroport; We did a night in the desert and in the day back they send us a text asking about us and if we were ok. 🥹

They asked us to pay with money and did not warned us before hand; Make sure to put the towels in the floor for them to change.
