The property was clean and well decorated in cultural style. The host was very helpful and accommodating, which enhanced our stay significantly. This included guiding us to restaurants upon arrival, flexibility with breakfast timings to fit around our needs, and coordinating an emergency need for a doctor for myself and the pick up of the resulting prescription. The room had a good air conditioning unit, beds/bedding, and a bathroom with a great shower.

The breakfast could have included more variety.

Wonderful place and the hostess is unbelievably nice and helpful!!! If I ever visit Marrakech again, I will definitely stay there. It is a beautiful old riad with a roaring fountain in the courtyard and a beautifully maintained atmospheric roof garden. The location is perfect - 5 minutes walk from the Saadines Tombs and 10 minutes from the Jemaa el Fna square. In a quiet street, but very close to shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed in the room, it was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. A great place to visit Marrakech and after returning from the noisy streets to relax in the silence on the rooftop garden. Breakfast for us was delicious - local pastries, bread, jams. However, this is a local meal, so don't expect any protein :). This is a place with atmosphere, it is not 5 stars (but still very comfortable), it is for those who do not like big hotels.

We had trouble finding the hotel because there is no sign on the building. You have to look carefully for the house number on the door.

Nice cozy little place. Walking distance to all the attractions, restaurants and stores. The staff went out of their way to take care of us. Booked Merzouga trip for us. Served us breakfast early morning so we could leave on time. Thank you very much.

Needs updating, no towel racks, no soap or shampoo holders in shower

The bedroom was spacious and there was a nice roof terrace.

The shower room did not drain water so if there were two people in the room then the room would have been flooded. I had to have a very short shower. The bed while being comfortable, wasn't very clean. The sheet was oversized and kept falling off. There was a cleaning/breakfast lady other than that there was only a camera. I did not feel safe in the area

The breakfast was just, for spanish is just, for europeans is too short. The place is just near everything so well but difficult to find. And the house is nice, but old and do not with a good maintenance. Nothing to say about cleaning, it is clean.

1.- I booked this based on previous oppinions of others, but I do not agrre now with them. First of all the enterprise got a big mistke with our hour of arrival, even when I wrote the the details perfectly and they aswered me with ok, so I booked a transport for 17€ that I paid, and I ned to start data in my mobile and call them because I was waiting for the transport 1 hour and got a stupid face. The transport arrives after 1 hour and half and the extra cost for me in data and calls was more than 60 €, but if I would have done this I could be still waiting in the airport. The property did not want to know about responsabilities for this. 2.- I am 63 and never, never have seen a place where you have to cross the shower to go to wc, this means that if you are in a hurry you must cross the shower with street shoes, unbelievereval. The bathroom is old and need a change better yesterday than tomorrow. 3.- ThirdThe bedroom is old and need a new painting and was just at the side of the street with a lot of noise until late, children playing, people talking.... 4.- Lights are poor. 5.- If you need somethig or talk with them, there is nobody there only whatsapp a really poor customer assistance but thy run quickly to get the money. For example first day I would need breakfast at 07.00 and it was not possible because I found nobody to talk so I lost first breakfast. To finish I am very sorry but I would never come back to such place even for free.

Great hosts, very friendly! The room was nice and clean however there was a dog barking constantly for four days which was annoying. Rooftop was nice with a great view of the sunset. Good location, close to the medina however some children outside would loiter and want money from us.

Nice Riad nearby medina en shops. Very good service when we had a delay with our flight. And the storage of bagage at the last day was perfect.
