Comfortable bed. Great location close to kasbah centre yet quiet. Lovely roof terrace.

Payment only in cash, despite stating that payment by card was an option. The atms in marakesh have large queues, often fail to dispense any money and many charge fees. It would be hugely beneficial if payments by card would be accepted in future.

This riad is close distance to main tourist area but not too close where you will be disturbed by noises. The host was friendly, patient, honest and very helpful. She let us keep our luggage at the riad on check out day as our flight was later in the evening. Good wifi, good breakfast, great location overall good decent riad. We were happy with our stay here.

Some of the amenities such as hottub, rooftop needs tidying up and refreshing. The overall hotel is okay but will do better with some refreshing and general tidying.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very different from more orthodox hotels that we’ve stayed at before, and gave an authentic flavour of Marrakesh. We were met with friendliness, and a real willingness to do everything needed to make our time there pleasant and problem -free.

Leaving that place

They accept only cash payment. Poor breakfast. Water tap is coming off., same as paint on the wall. Only 1 key for 3 independent adults. Jacuzzi is empty and dirty. No shampoos, shower gel or hair conditioner. No hangers, no hooks. No pillow cases.

We liked it so much that we came back for another 3 days.

The best area to stay in Marrakech. Staff was very helpful and kind.
