Le personnel est très accueillant et très serviable, la piscine est appréciable car il faisait déjà très chaud, le petit déjeuner est complet et excellent. l'hôtel est un peu vétuste mais il est très bien situé pour les visites.

Tras años viajando a Marruecos es la primera vez que me ocurre esto. La primera noche la pasamos en este alojamiento y todo fue perfecto. Al cabo de unos días volvimos a reservar para pasar otra noche, una vez reservado, confirmado y pagado, al llegar al alojamiento nos dicen que no hay habitaciones. Hemos perdido todo el dinero sin opción a recuperarlo.

Que nos dejasen sin habitación a mi hijo y a mí, que nos hayan cobrado una habitación (para nada es barato) y que no hayan hecho la devolución íntegra por un error que ellos han cometido.

Personnel accueillant et serviable. Disponible et très gentils. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux mais ce n’est pas un buffet international. Les repas sont excellents et pas chers. Le spa hammam et massage à ne pas manquer

Les chambres du rez de chaussés sont sombres et manquent de propreté. La literie est bonne. Dans la salle de bain l’évacuation est bouchée et des odeurs d’égout remonte du lavabo.

The staff, the hotel and the place was fantastic 👌. We were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the old city.The Breakfast and coffee was fabulous in the morning . Muhammed, Hammed and Oggmam was incredibly happy and very helpful. The big advantage about the fabulous place was the swimming pool and location! Myself and my son will definitely return back!

Reservamos este hotel guiándonos por las reseñas y fue un acierto. Ubicación estupenda. El personal EXCELENTE (Ibrahim y su compañero, fantásticos). Buenas instalaciones. El desayuno nos encantó. La piscina estaba de reformas el fin de semana que estuvimos pero no la echamos de menos gracias al clima de esos días. Todo fue muy bien.

Nos gustó todo.
