"Excelente estancia refrescante con piscina"

Está ubicado a pocos minutos de la puerta azul, tiene una terraza con piscina ideal para los días de calor. Además también puedes comer y cenar allí. La habitación no era muy amplia pero estaba limpia y cuidada. En especial, gracias a los camareros Hamid y Othmane que nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Volveríamos sin duda

Da amabilidade dos anfitriões... da comida... da localização...pena estarem em ampliação das instalações ...as para eboluir é necessário....mas poderiam ser mais discretos

"Hotel op goede locatie!"

Hotel op zeer goede locatie met goed ontbijt! Je kunt makkelijk de auto bij de achterzijde van het hotel parkeren en aan de voorzijde van het hotel sta je in de Medina en kun je alle highlights van Fes bezoeken. Een echte aanrader is om te gaan eten bij Ishq restaurant dit ligt achter het hotel aan de parkeerplaats. Mooie binnentuin

Wij hadden het hotel uitgezocht op een zwembad en dat was een flinke tegenvaller dat ze deze aan het renoveren zijn en ons hierover niet hebben geïnformeerd. Ter compensatie werd ons een spa behandeling aangeboden. Verder vonden wij de kamers sterk verouderd en ook niet heel schoon. Wij vonden het hotel te duur voor wat je ervoor kreeg, veel betere hotels gehad op onze 3 weken rondreis door Marokko

We had a lovely weekend at Palais Shazam. The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Our room was exceptional, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast was substantial and delicious and we also enjoyed a lovely lunch by the pool. The pool area was beautiful and the pool was so refreshing. The location was perfect. Thanks for a short but very enjoyable stay in Fez
