L’emplacement, le cadre, le massage et le hammam sont parfait, le petit déjeuner le matin est très bon. Le personnel est gentil

Il y avait une toute petite fenêtre dans la chambre que nous n’avons pu ouvrir et le lavabo de la salle de bain n’avait pas d’eau froide.

Really lovely arrival with complimentary tea and biscuits, and a personalised overview of the different landmarks on a handy map of the medina. The room was really spacious with a huge bath and shower and shower gel and shampoo included. The fridge in the room was put to good use for water and other drinks! The bed was comfortable and air con was perfect. The courtyard is great for relaxing in, which was really useful as we were visiting during Eid and most shops and attractions were shut. The pool is perfect for cooling off, which was much needed as the temperature was getting up to 36°C each day. The location is amazing - right at the heart of the medina and within walking distance of various stalls and tourist attractions. The food in the restaurant is really good, including the breakfast which was served from 08:30 until 10:00 each morning. The men running the hotel are so welcoming and friendly. We had the hammam and massage which was €45 each - definitely worth it! Location is great for taxi too as next to a landmark (the parking lot) which made drop off and pick up easy and convenient.

The room was only cleaned on the first day - would be good to have this done daily, even if just to provide fresh towels. There are a couple of resident cats who were fighting during the night which woke us up once or twice. Overall though, peaceful sleep.

La propreté , que des remplacement des serviettes pendant les 3 jours, poussierre 1cm mobiliere chambre, insectes pendant la nuit, chat qui se promener de partout ,resto, terrasse, piscine en travaux non disponible, le SPA ,HAMMAM un gros arnaque, faites attention, tout en vitesse 5 pers en 30 min, massage 15 min au lieu de 30 ,petite dejeuner identique!

L’emplacement en plein cœur de la médina, le lieu qui est super bien décoré, calme, très agréable. Le personnel au petit soin et vraiment super super gentil. La chambre spacieuse et la piscine !

Le seul point négatif, c’est que la piscine n’était pas super super propre, beaucoup de dépôt au fond

Les chambres du RDC sentent très fort l'humidité La piscine était en réparation Pour les massages il faut vraiment vérifier qu ils vous font vraiment la quantité des minutes que vous payez......
