El hotel está muy bien localizado, el personal es súper simpático y amable. Te ayudan en todo momento, se preocupan para que los clientes estén cómodos, buscan soluciones rápidas si hay algún inconveniente, en este caso nos mejoraron la habitación por no estar disponible la piscina. El desayuno está bueno y la terraza es muy bonita, es como un oasis en Fes.

La piscina no estaba disponible y hay alguna habitación que está para reformar

Le palais est très bien situé dans la médina et facile d'accès. L'extérieur est très agréable. Dommage que la piscine était en maintenance mais le patron s'est montré très conciliant pour compenser ce petit désagrément. Nous y avons fait des soins : hammam royal et massage, un vrai régal !

"Heel leuk gehad."

De locatie, middenin medina. De schildpad en poes waren leuk. Heerlijke Hammam & massage behandeling gehad van lieve dame. Ontbijt lekker.

Toen we aankwamen bleek het zwembad gerenoveerd te worden- dit was niet met ons gedeeld- vond ik gek, had geboekt ook vanwege zwembad. Als compensatie mochten we een behandeling kiezen in de spa- dit was fijn. Onze kamer lag eigenlijk achter de bar- met hoog raam- eerste avond stonden de eigenaren/personeel tot ca 1 uur in nacht luid te kletsen en lachen, onder ons raam. Toen we er wat van zeiden stopten het wel, maar beetje gek. De geur in de kamer.. erg muffe & vochtige lucht.

Staff were very hospitable and made us feel at ease. Hotel courtyard is stunning. We got one of the newer renovated rooms with huge windows, modern finishes, and a great view of the city - very impressed.

"Aucun intérêt de prendre cet hôtel en bordure de Marina. Mieux vaut prendre un Riad"

Prendre un riad pour sa terrasse et sa piscine pour se reposer et finir une semaine en beauté et arrivé avec une piscine VIDE ça refroidi ! Aucun intérêt, si nous avions su nous aurions pris un autre Riad.

La piscine vide La chambre qui n'a rien à voir avec le typique marocain mais qui ressemble plus à une chambre d'hôtel banale

Душевный и приятный отель. Персонал заслуживает самые высокие оценки! Встретили на парковке, помогли доставить багаж до номера по красивым улицам медины. Отдельное спасибо управляющему отеля!
