extremely friendly staff, so hospitable and generous with the guests. Always wanting to help and make your experience as good as possible.

During our trip, unfortunately the pool was not available as there was a leak. However, on approaching the manager, we agreed a reduction in the cost of our stay which allowed me to purchase day passes for the family at a local hotel with the pool so we were not without the facilities we wanted for this stay.

"Excellent séjour dans un très beau Riad où l'on se sent comme chez soi."

Très joli Riad, situé en plein coeur de la médina, mais parfaitement au calme, et à proximité immédiate d'un parking juste à l'extérieur de la médina, accessible depuis le Riad, ce qui est extrêmement pratique si on est en voiture, mais aussi pour les arrivées et départs en taxi ou les rendez-vous pour des visites/excursions programmées en voiture. Beaucoup de bons restaurants dans ce secteur de la médina. Le Riad est très joli, bénéficie d'un grand espace extérieur particulièrement adapté à la détente (mur végétal fleuri, fontaine, sols et murs ornés de jolis zeliges, chants d'oiseaux, nombreux sièges et tables, table de ping-pong). Et une très jolie piscine, dont les travaux de réfection totale sont en voie d'achèvement. Peu de Riads à Fès bénéficient d'un espace extérieur aussi ouvert, et très peu d'une piscine. Les parties communes intérieures sont également très agréables si le temps ne permet pas de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors. Enfin, l'accueil est adorable, le responsable fait tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable et résoudre au plus vite le moindre problème, tout le personnel est souriant, gentil et accueillant. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Nous sommes restés 6 jours. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux, mais gagnerait à proposer un peu plus de variété ( propose les mêmes choses un jour sur deux). Mais le café est très bon, et tout est servi avec le sourire!
