"Alojamiento perfecto"

Reservamos este hotel guiándonos por las reseñas y fue un acierto. Ubicación estupenda. El personal EXCELENTE (Ibrahim y su compañero, fantásticos). Buenas instalaciones. El desayuno nos encantó. La piscina estaba de reformas el fin de semana que estuvimos pero no la echamos de menos gracias al clima de esos días. Todo fue muy bien.

Nos gustó todo.

"Toplocatie en fijn verblijf in de medina van Fez"

Het personeel deed er alles aan om ons een fantastisch verblijf te bezorgen, de service was prima. Het ontbijt en ook de lunch en diner waren heel smakelijk en compleet. De locatie midden in de medina was ook uitmuntend alhoewel het aanvankelijk even zoeken was. Het parkeerterrein achter het hotel ( aan de rand van de medina) was ook top en ook een goede locatie om je middels een taxi af te laten zetten bij het hotel. Het fijne zwembad maakte ons verblijf helemaal super !

Kleine tip ; het aantal ligbedjes aan het zwembad was gewoon te weinig...

INCREÍBLE!!!!! Un Riad de lujo!!! El ambiente, la piscina, el espacio para el desayuno, LOS FUNCIONARIOS!!!!!! Osman y Hamid dos personas fuera de serie! súper serviciales, están en el desayuno (que por cierto lo tiene todo y de calidad), al mediodía, a la tarde y a la noche!!! Sin ellos, creo que no nos hubiéramos sentido como en casa! Volvería a Marruecos sólo para volver a estar en este lugar MARAVILLOSO!!!! Por lejos, el mejor hospedaje que tuvimos en Marruecos!!!! Gracias totales chicos!!!!!

No es que no haya gustado...pero el ingreso por el parking podría estar mejor señalizado

Location right next to the Medina with secure parking right next to it. Staff was friendly and accommodating as we arrived lated in the night, 100% recommend!
