La ubicación es perfecta tiene un parking, el cual está muy bien ubicado y tiene una entrada a la Medina como muy fácil acceso. Tiene un restaurante muy cerca en el cual puedes tener más lujo a solo minutos y la medicina también hace solo minutos

Le falta un poco de cuidado por ser exquisita está todo bien, pero se nota que algunas instalaciones están con poco mantenimiento pero es algo por ser exquisita no quiere decir que la instalación esté bien

La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy atento y el desayuno súper completo. A nuestra llegada y el resto de días estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotras, de que todo fuese bien.

En nuestro caso estaba un poco descuidado el mantenimiento del baño

Nothing!

The hotel was a building site. We had looked forward to using & siting by the pool - it was just a hole in the ground screened off by dirty torn sheets. The percussion drill was going flat out when we arrived the noise was frightful. The whole experience ruined our visit to Fez. In addition the hotel was dirty, one of my party was certain the sheets had not been changed since the last guest. But also all the hotel felt dirty throughout. The rooms were poorly equipped, eg mine didn't have a safe and others had safes that you could pick up and take out of the room. We had two week holiday (4 of us each with our own rooms) during our holiday we stayed in 6 rihads/hotels, Shazam was the worst in every way by far, yet it was one of the more expensive. The hotel needs a complete refurbishment - but needs to close to do so - not subject its guests to noisy, dusty building works with percussion drills making a deafening din. We hated the hotel so much we spent every moment we could away from it. Booking.com - you should strike it off your list

Molto bella la suite con vista Medina con due vetrate enormi, degno di un re e una regina Artisticamente molto bella la zona piscina Staff giovanissimo e disponibilissimo

Riad un po' trasandato, intonaci esterni da sistemare, docce rugginose, camere con polvere evidente sui ripiani, tende cadenti Finestre sporche Zona piscina poco curata nella pulizia Potenzialmente bellissimo posto ma non tenuto al massimo delle potenzialità
