"I'm glad I cancelled my return trip stay and only had to experience the place once instead of twice"

I got a decent nights rest. The price was good. I got clean. They may have had soft water. Keycard access. Good parking.

The brokenness/outdated EVERYTHING. I did not want to touch anything and felt the need to wash up immediately when I did touch things.

"Cancelled my reservation, refused to let me stay & refused to refund my payment."

Couldn't tell you anything about the room as they cancelled my reservation & refused to check me in after waiting for them to show up for 45 minutes to open the office door. Also refused to refund my payment.
